Join artist Anouk Mercier for a fun and interactive workshop centered around creative drawing and collaboration in a relaxed and friendly setting. With a series of short exercises and drawing ‘games’, this workshop is designed to awaken inspiration and aid communication. Suitable for all levels of ability, from complete beginners to experienced drawers, this is an ideal opportunity to reconnect with an activity that we all indulged in as children, or to sharpen existing skills and experiment with new approaches to creative drawing.
January – A workshop by Marcus Lanyon to encourage creative match-making for projects, ideas and skills through drawing, writing and sculpture.
March– A workshop by Rodney Harris exploring materials in unconventional ways, including clay and fruit.
May – A workshop by Ali Brown called Urban Knitting – Aruba Stones, encouraging participants to create their own piece of knit graffiti and be part of a ‘knitiffi’ installation.
To be kept up to date about these events and more please sign up to the Bristol Arts and Health blog.
